The end product of our training is the youth with the following skills; Employable skills with which you work for others (money) and earn a salary. Self-Employment skills with which you work for yourself and earn a commission or allowance. Employer skills with which others work for you and you earn a profit. Investor skills with which money works for you and you earn interest/Dividends/Capital gains.

The uniqueness of our programme is that, it provides a focused introduction to the real world, combining a dynamic, proven curriculum with the experiences of local leaders of industry, community members, educators and entrepreneurs.

The trainees will then go to the community and apply the acquired skills according to the industry requirements. The impact they make in the community will also benefit the partner schools in terms of increased enrollment. Parents and sponsors are now not only looking for qualifications but the skill. The market is paying not for what someone knows but what someone can do with what they know.

The youth will be kept busy implementing their projects especially in holidays and vacations thus preventing crimes (drug abuse, sexual immorality, pornography, strikes) thus bringing up a breed of responsible citizens.
